Anodizing is an electroplating process, in which a thin layer of aluminum oxide is deposited on the surface of the metal. Aluminum Oxide is harder than the original aluminum, it is relatively clear, and also the crystal structure contains pores. These pores are what soak up the dye.

I seal the ano with Nickel Acetate. If your parts are to be worn (jewelry), or used in food preperation, please let me know. Nickel Acetate seals in the dye so it can't be affected by the elements, it also protects from fading via the sun.

I have more colors available than what is shown on the color chart. I can order nearly any colors that is needed. There is no white dye. Metallic white, always comes out looking like milk.

I ship USPS. Fedex is a pain, and UPS punchs holes in my boxes. Flat rate shipping is the way to go for me. If you need international shipping, email me first, and we can figure something out.

If you send me an entire gun, i will charge you for dissassembly and reassembly. If you disassemble and can't get something to come out, email and ask. I have Angel/Tribal ram tools as well as a cocker valve tool. I won't charge you to remove those. Don't leave grub screws in the body, or i'll charge you for dissassembly.
